GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the parking situation at Ultrazone?

Ultrazone has a parking lot in the rear of our facility, and we offer 2 hours free parking with validation. After 2 hours, it is a $9.00 daily maximum. There is limited street parking and a city owned parking lot across the street as well.

Will other people be playing in our laser tag game?

Ultrazone games can accommodate up to 45 people per game, and we often sell out our weekend games. It is almost a certainty that your group will be playing with other people of any age and of either gender. Private laser tag games can be booked at additional cost, and reservations are strongly encouraged!

Is there a dress code to play laser tag?

We do require clothing! We also highly recommend that you do not wear open-toed shoes. Under no circumstances can anyone play laser tag barefoot. Remember that the arena is blacklit, so white or bright-colored clothing will glow, and darker clothes will help you stay out of enemy sight!

Is there an age limit to play laser tag?

We recommend laser tag for kids age 6 through 96! We do not have an age limit, but it is a blacklit environment and the game is open to people of all ages. We see children younger than 6 rush in to play enthusiastically, and we see some children older than 6 who’d rather wait outside.

Are we allowed to bring food onto your patio?

Our patio furniture is provided as a place for you to hangout. However, we cannot allow food or cake on our outside patio

Is laser tag safe?

Laser tag is an indoor physical activity. While it is supervised at all times, and we make every effort to ensure strict adherence to all of our rules, and prohibit running, we cannot assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur. Our lasers are Class I laser products, and have not been directly linked with adverse health affects. We also employ the use of commercial fog, which is composed of food-grade mineral oil. If you are asthmatic, epileptic, have a heart condition, are currently pregnant, or if you suffer from any other health condition, you are personally responsible for deciding whether or not playing a moderately physical activity will be detrimental to your condition. We cannot under any circumstance give medical advice as to whether or not laser tag will pose a risk given your individual health record.

What payment options are available?

We accept cash, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay. We do not under any circumstances accept checks.

How do I make a reservation for laser tag?

To reserve spots in a laser tag game, we do require that you pay for all games in advance. This is the only way that we can guarantee to hold the spots for you. If you choose not to pay in advance, we cannot hold any space for your group, and the games will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please call us at (818) 789-6620 to make your reservation.

Do laser tag games typically sell out?

We frequently have sold-out laser tag games, especially during weekends. Although we do not require reservations to play laser tag, we strongly recommend them.

BIRTHDAY PARTY QUESTIONS

When do I need to book my party by?

We recommend booking your party at least 4 – 6 weeks in advance to get your preferred date and time. Faciltiy rentals/buyout events must be booked even farther out.

What's the deal with tokens?

All of our video games in our arcade use tokens, and most of these require 4 – 6 tokens to play. You can purchase individual tokens at 25 cents each, or you can buy our $20 value cup, where we throw in $5 in extra tokens for free! That’s 100 tokens for only $20!

What is Exclusive Use?

For our standard laser tag birthday parties, we can accommodate 20 people, and we simultaneously take in two separate birthday parties (of the same age range) at once to play laser tag, as it is a “the more the merrier” type of game. However, for larger groups, or groups that simply want the laser tag arena exclusively for their group, we offer “Exclusive Use” birthday parties. While it is different pricing, for some parties, it may end up being a better deal, or simply provide the privacy you desire.

Can Ultrazone inflate balloons for us?

Due to the global helium shortage, we are not inflating any balloons brought in.

What is the Garden Room?

The Garden Room is an additional birthday party room that we added several years ago. The Garden Room is actually divided into two separate party rooms, each accommodating a max of 24 guests. It is not located in our main laser tag facility, and is just 60 ft. from our front door. It is a little more spacious than our other birthday party rooms (as well as quieter!), and both rooms can be opened up, for an additional charge, to create one large party room for laser tag groups expecting a large number of guests.

What soft drinks do you carry?

We proudly carry Coke products at our fountain and in our vending machines as well. We currently carry Coke, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Powerade Mountain Berry Blast, and Unsweetened Iced Tea. Our vending machines offer Aquafina brand bottled water, as well as energy drinks, and several other soft drink choices.

Do we have to order the pizza ahead of time?

Absolutely not, you don’t have to order the pizza until the moment you get here. Your personal birthday party host will find out how many guests you are expecting and help you order just the right number of pizzas for your laser tag party!

Can we bring in our own food or have it delivered?

You are more than welcome to bring in your own food to your laser tag party! We do require that you bring the food in with you the day of your party. We have serving bowls, platters, spoons, tongs, and almost any other utensil you might need! We can only accept deliveries from Domino’s Pizza that are ordered through us.

What do we have to bring on the day of the laser tag party?

We pride ourselves on taking care of every need you may have on the day of your laser tag party. All you really have to bring is the cake and the kids! We can take care of pizza and tokens right when you arrive! Your personal birthday party host will take care of everything – serving all the food, making sure your pitchers of soft drinks never run dry, and most importantly, ensuring that everyone has a great time!
